Register & AttendBack for its 3rd year, Hollywood Hack Day is a two-day event that brings developers from all over Los Angeles and Orange County together to create the next generation of entertainment applications.
Come with a team and an idea, or form one on the spot.
We'll keep you fed and hydrated (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks) for the entire weekend.
In addition to cash, the first place team will also receive a VIP tour of SpaceX! You'll be taken behind the scenes, where few have been, and see where and how SpaceX turns raw materials into rockets. Unfortunately, due to the sensitive nature of the work done at SpaceX, only US citizens will be allowed on the tour.

The rules are simple: coolest project wins. Feel free to sketch up the idea ahead of time, but don't code it until the start of the event. Everything you create is yours.
TBWA\Chiat\Day is one of the world's largest ad agencies, responsible for every Apple ad, the Taco Bell chihuahua, the Energizer bunny, and much more.
Agencies live or die by their pitch, and the folks at Chiat are some of the best at it. Three of Chiat's finest will be holding open office hours on Sunday to help teams perfect their project's pitch before presenting to judges.
