Rahim Sonawalla is a Senior Software Engineer at Beats Music where he works as part of the Special Projects team exploring the next generation of music interaction. Prior to this, Rahim was a Product Manager at Rovi where he was responsible for helping guide the strategic direction and development of the Rovi Cloud Services API.

Ryan Chisholm

Artist Manager, Nettwerk Music Group

Ryan Chisholm is an Artist Manager at Nettwerk Music Group. Prior to Nettwerk, Ryan worked at Bill Silva Management, where he (along with co-manager Tom Gates) discovered and developed Christina Perri, who has gone on to sell over 850,000 albums and 10,000,000 singles worldwide. With BSM, the pair also signed and managed indie-folk favorites Good Old War, whose rousing live shows have made them one of the most talked about touring bands in America. In early 2013, Ryan signed indie/pop artist, Madi Diaz, who is currently working on a new album slated to be released at the end of the year.

In 2011, Ryan (along with Rahim Sonawalla and Abe Burns) co-founded, Hollywood Hack Day, which is a two-day event that brings together the top developers and designers in Southern California to create the next generation of entertainment based web and mobile applications.

Ryan was also named as one of Billboard's 30 under 30 "Young Execs You Need To Watch" and one of IQ Magazine's top 10 "New Bosses" in 2011.

Abe Burns

Digital Operations, Guy Oseary

Abe Burns runs digital operations for the digital ventures and management company of Guy Oseary and A-Grade. Burns works with the Oseary client roster, that includes Madonna. In addition, he works with Oseary's tech investments and A-Grade portfolio. Prior to this, Abe worked at Frontline Management, Variety Magazine and SONY Music Entertainment. Earlier this year Abe was named 'Trendsetter to Watch' by Digital Media Wire and in 2011 one of Billboard's 30 under 30.
